A 19 years old boy visited Dr. Sandeep Naphade - Plastic Surgeon in Pune. The boy had swelling on left side of his chest for last 2 years. The patient noticed it and considered it to be a fat deposition, but then he did not get any results. Dr. Sandeep carefully diagnosed the patient and find out that it was Prominent fibroglandular componantso, so only Liposuction was not ideal for him, therefore Dr. Sandeep performed Liposuction and cirumareolar incision for gland excision done under general anesthesia. It proved to be a good treament and the patient was discharged next day.
