Dr Sandeep Naphade is very well experienced and knowledgeable doctor I have seen. He very helpful and kind with patient. He have treated patients such a way, patient have not even feel that he is having sach a big Trauma and recovering from that very fast.

Dr. Sandeep is an excellent surgeon. I had a bone deep cut on my cheek which he stitched so well that the scar is hardly visible after the surgery.

I visited Doctor Sandeep Naphade on the 28th of June, 2021 about my son's gynecomastia surgery (he was 17 years old). The doctor explained everything about the issue in a friendly manner, and then spoke in detail about the operation procedure. He also spoke from a parent's point of view, and helped ease my worries about the imminent surgery. After the appointment, the doctor promptly set up a surgery date, which was on the 2nd of July, in a non-covid hospital. During the day of the operation , the doctor drove away our worries, and comforted us before the time of the surgery. After the surgery, the doctor regularly checked up on my son, and asked him about any pain/irritation. The two follow up sessions since the 2nd have also been very friendly and helpful. My son says that the operation, which was done under general anesthesia was completely painless, and the most discomfort came from the post-surgery bandage that was on him for two days. My son has been very happy with the result of the surgery, and I can't recommend the doctor enough.

Dr. Sandeep Naphade, Thank you very much for bringing happiness in our family as well as giving the new face to our daughter. As we got to know that our baby has Cleft lip and palate that time our world was totally shaken and tensed. But after we get to know that the person who have the cleft lip and palate that deformity can be repairable after few surgeries and that person can live the life as Normal person. Then our next task to find the best surgeon for our daughter then from my friend we get to know that Dr. Sandeep Naphade is the best experienced and Notable surgeon in this field. When we first visited the doctor he told us all the procedures which occurs in cleft lip and palate repair surgeries with proper age limits. With proper pre and post surgery instructions. But due to Covid-19 our daughter's first surgery gets delayed. But Dr. Sandeep Naphade told us not to worry and assure us that everything will be perfect and best. So, the first cleft lip surgery was done on 5th June'21 at K. E. M Hospital with long 3 hours surgery followed by 4 hours post surgery observation with only 2 days hospital stay by the doctors motivation and proper care. The recovery time of the surgery is almost 15 days to 1 month and after that our daughter got new "Smiling Face". The next palate surgery was done on 1st sept'21, with long 3 hours surgery followed by 4 hours post surgery observation. The recovery time for this surgery also takes 1 month. this surgery also performed in well mannered. These both surgeries shows the Dr. Sandeep Naphades great skills with natable experience. So anyone's baby having cleftLip and palate nothing to worry., it is recoverable and repairable when the surgeries was done in the proper age. Thank you so much Dr. Sandeep Naphade. I was operated for facial wound 5yr back by dr naphade sir ,I was worried as scar was on face . Initially it was red but with regular follow up and treatment redness reduced and scar settled well I am very happy about his treatment.

Dr. Sandeep Naphade is very good doctor. He gives you proper time, listen your problems and provide the appropriate solution for that. He is not in a hurry for any treatment, based on observation, he will provide you proper feedback. He himself was there whole day during hair transplant surgery, asked so many times in case of any pains/problems, tried to ease out me lots of time, gave the proper brakes on request, gave anesthesia as required. The overall process was ofcourse lengthy but the nicely he carried is really commendable. Also he is highly available on call/watsapp easily. Sometimes he called me to get some information required after surgery and did not call unnecessarily to the clinic. So overall he is very nice, experienced and humble doctor. He suggests only whatever is required.
